Copy issue layout not working?

Hey! 

I've been trying to copy screen configurations for the same issue type across multiple projects by going from an issue > configure > copy issue layout > select all > next > copy layout. I've been trying at different times over the last few days but it keeps timing out.

Can someone please let me know (1) whether this is a bug and/or (2) if there's an alternative way I can copy screen configurations across multiple projects?

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if it shows any error on the screen during the process of copying the issue layout.

If not, can you please open the developer tools on your browser and follow the steps again to see if it shows any error on the console?

Have you tried following the steps using another browser?

Is it affecting other users?

Also please, let us know the date and time of the last tentative of copying the layout, so we can better filter the logs on our end.

Ah yep so it's literally just that the page stops responding and times out. I'll send through a screenshot next time I do this; at the time, it actually ended up looking like the same issue layout was being copied across all projects regardless? So after everything, I didn't need to copy the issue layout...
