Creat Field’s relations

Is there a way to make some fields related to each other
For example:
Field 1: ID
Field 2: Name
If i change field 2 in any issue i would like that every issue contanining the same ID in field 1 to change the field 2.

Not out of the box. I don't think scripting would work either because you'd need to search the database.

Long time ago there was a plugin that transform Jira database in a relationship database.

My best guess is to have the relation outside JIRA and use the API to connect.
