Create Jira Subscriptions to support watchlist?

Hello Team,

1.Ticket ready for watch-list triage
'Request Watchlist Approval' = checked and 'Watchlist Approval' is none
Subscription interval = 15 minutes
Sent to a DevOps-watchlist-approvers group
2. New Watchlist Item
'watchlist approval' = approved
subscription interval = 15 minutes
Sent to a DevOps-mgr group.

'Request Watchlist Approval' and 'Watchlist Approval' are the custom fields, so when 'Request Watchlist Approval' = checked and 'Watchlist Approval' is none....one group people will get notified.

it is possible? I think through script runner plugin it is possible? if yes please provide exact script and process.

The above two subscriptions that need to be created. can you help me on this

Yes you can create a subscription, you have to create a filter and save it and create a subscription from it.

I have another request

Watchlist approved item and no updates in 2 days
subscription interval = 1 day
Sent to Assignee

Making a subscription can be done only to groups, users, personal subscription. but I don't find an assignee subscription here raises a question from my end.

Hope you understand my intention on this

I would like to subscribe assignees only, how to send the result of the query to the assignees, without asking each assignee to subscribe to the query individually.

For me the best it's to put all assignee in one group and share the subscription to this group.

But under the query new issues coming with new assignees right? assignees may get changed every time, hence we won't find exact assignees under the query

I think i get it,you need to send the result list to only assignee in the query right?

So it is not possible because you have to choose wich group or personn will receive the mail. You can perhaps add assignee=current user (), the people who will receive the mail will see only the issue where they are assignee.
