Create a new project - This project isn't available error message

I am using JIRA Cloud and now whenever I try to create a new project (by pressing the "Create" button) I get an error page saying:

This project isn't available

It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed.

View a list of all projects

It seems that the project is created, but if I try to access it again I get the same error page.

This also happens for our site administrator.

Something has happened recently as we were able to create projects previously.

At the moment we cannot create and use new projects! Please help!

Thanks Francesc for your quick response.

It did seem to be an issue with the default permission scheme with the removal of the "Browse Projects" permission. I have fixed it and now seems to be working OK.

I don't understand what or how it was changed but will investigate further.
