Create a new project: Why don't I see the ''actions'' tab?

My aim is to create a new project.

I am an administrators user so I should be able to do it. Nevertheless, if I go to projects settings --> Fileds --> in the page I don't see the ''actions'' tab on the top right.

See attached picture: left is what I see. right is what I should see.Untitled.png

Do you know how I can solve this?

@Martino Dossi You're actually not a full Jira administrator, you are a project administrator. I tested this out on my own instance as a Jira Admin and as a non-Admin. I see no Actions option as a non-Admin.

Where do the administrator have to change my status?

He did in the project settings --> people but probably that's the source of the problem.

Yes, what he did was make you a project Admin, not a full Jira admin. If he is willing to do it, he can choose User Management > Edit your user groups and add you to the jira-administrators group.
