Hello,
I want to create an issue when I receive an email on a defined mail adress.
The test is OK but when I send an email to this email adress, no issue is created.
What can I do to make it work?
Defined params:
Incomming email:
- Mail handler: delay in minutes = 1
type of mail handler= create an issue from every email
grouped= accepting emails for processing
default reporter: me
user notification: yes
responsable in cc: yes
Test summary: 2 issues created
Thanks for your help

Hello,
Thank for your reply!
My problem is that I have followed the steps, and my test is OK...
But it doesn't create me issues.
My test is OK.
But I didn't see any new ticket on my account.
Have a nice day

Bonjour Fadoua,
