@Anna-BigPicture Hi Anna, please could you provide some clarity on the below query I have.

Does BigPicture provide a status on the % of tasks in the 'created' state similar to the 'to-do', 'in progress' and complete shown on the below screenshot.

Thank you.

Hi @Alasdair McKie

Yes, if your workflow contains an item "Created," then BigPicture will display a percentage value for this status as well.

Hi @Anna-BigPicture

The above makes sense, however, if you see below the hierarchy does contain 'created' but still does not provide the % at the top level where the 29.6%, 17.3% and 53.1% are presented?

Hi @Alasdair McKie

Regarding percentage statuses aggregations there are 2 available options:
Children by status categories in %, which groups statuses into 3 available categories: To do, In progress, Done and Children statuses in %, which displays exact statuses aggregations. Please have a look at my image.

Could you please check did you select the right aggregation type?

Thats great thank you.

Is it possible to change the 'overview' screen to provide a similar breakdown?

@Alasdair McKie

This functionality is not available at the moment.
However, bearing in mind how important this feature is for reporting purposes, we are working intensively on it.

We plan to introduce fully configurable aggregations for task calculated fields in BigPicture 8.3 (tentatively scheduled for the end of Q1)

You can review details in the feature request ticket: ONE-34883. Please note that it is best to open it in the incognito tab of your browser.
