I had tried to get a report for Created vs Resolved for a period of time but i have an issue that Jira consider any ticket once it's status turned to confirmation that it's resolved while i only need to get the dates when ticket status only turn ( Done , Withdrawn , Rejected )

The resolved is base on resolution field. Dont add resolution in the status so it will not count as resolved. If your using team manage project, you need to change the status to an inprogress category (blue) because all green status count resolution as Done.

If i removed the resolution field for past tickets now , Resolved tickets will be counted on status not on resolution , right ?
And how can i clear the resolution ?

You can change the resolution on ticket view itself; the resolution is visible at right side of the status.
