Created vs Resoved items - Problem only on February

Ariel Milani May 11, 2020

I have a problem with the Created vs. Resolved items, only in February, in the other months the metrics are being displayed correctly. I think this problem is related to the number of days in that specific month. Creating the query based on the other months, the tickets are displayed. Any idea?

Can you provide more info? what precisely are you seeing in Feb and why is it inaccurate? Can you provide your filter?

In my filter, you can see items created and resolved in February. The same problem occurs if I select a project.
That jql filter is just: "Project = Name" and as you can see there are data there. ( the date filter (created) was add just to screenshot):

and the chart configuration:

I have this same problem with all issues of all projects.

Apparently the problem is on February 14, I have issues created and resolved that day that don't appear on the chart.
