I have been trying to created various boards within my main project. My main dev board is a Scrum board, but I am creating kanban boards for projects that aren't sprintable. How can I create a kanban board within my scrum project that copies the exact workflow I created on my scrum board?

There's no such thing as nested boards.

But, boards are not containers for issues, they are (dynamic) views of a selection.  The workflow behind a board is nothing to do with the board, it's a function of the issues selected by the board.

A very simple example would be a board that looks at "Project A", where project A has several issue types, but only two workflows - one for Bugs and the other used by everything else (Stories, tasks, sub-tasks etc).  Your Scrum board "has two workflows" because the issues selected for it do.  To "copy the exact workflow for your scrum board to the kanban board", make the Kanban board look for "Project A" as well.  It now has the same workflow as the scrum board.  You'll probably want to map the columns in the same way though, to makes sure they look very similar.

"There's no such thing as nested boards."

While this may be true, one can always copy a link to one board into a Story of another to create a form of [sort of] nesting.
