Creating a Jira report tutorial is outdated. Does anyone have current code?

I have been trying to complete https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-platform/guides/projects/tutorial-creating-a-jira-report for a while now and it is outdated.  If anyone could attach some of their files that would be so extremely helpful.  Thanks in advance!

There is a Suggestion to get this corrected that you can find at JRASERVER-59499.  Please vote on that issue for impact so the developers can get this updated as soon as possible.
