Hi!
I would like to make a space that is visible to only specific clients - product documentation for bespoke elements. What I am currently considering is:
While this would probably work, I will possibly have 2 issues down the line: the maintenance of users can become chaotic + license fee can increase due to client.
Would there be any other suggestions for this business case (e.g. anonymous perhaps, if there is a way to limit to certain email domains?).
Many thanks in advance!
Hello @Eric Trucco welcome to the community, you don't have plenty more options. I know there the following app in the market that I believe it can help you achieve this but haven't used it yet
Thank you very much Hernan. Since I am looking to avoid increasing cost, this may not work as number of JIRA users determines pricing...

Right, the app doesn't work either? Since you would be sharing external links customers should not need to be users

Seems the app pricing is based on number of registered users one has in JIRA, so yeah, wouldn't make sense to use unfortunately... "Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product."

All Atlassian apps are based on the amount of users but consider the following. If you add your customers to Confluence all other apps plus confluence price increases, so the more customers the bigger the cost. With the app you pay for your users the but you can grow in customers and price shouldn't increase. Both approaches have a cost but one more than the other.

Indeed, very good point. Could very well be backup solution once we reach a user number threshold for the next pricing tier. Thanks a lot.

Did this ever work for you? I'm also looking to create a new Space and limiting it to 1 single outside user but cannot figure it out. thanks!

Hi @Mark Zenner ; no, I considered it but we changed to the server version which made the whole issue moot.
