I have some tasks to do which are when sale start. Those tasks are same for all sales. When i create a new sale, i want from jira to create all fixed tasks. After that, i want these created tasks to be assigned to the relevant columns on sales board. Is that possible on cloud?
Hi @Ahmet Kuran
Depending on how you create those tasks and relate them to a sale - have you tried using Automation for Jira?
To access this at a project-level, you'll need to be a Project Admin and then:
You can create rules which trigger an action depending on certain conditions - for example:
^ Repeat the action as many times as you need to to create the tasks. You can create standard tasks also and link them back using linkedissues (for example).
For the second requirement you could add more rules - or you could test using the Branch option in the first rule and see if there's a method to add them in there.
If you want to apply these rules globally, you'll need to be a Jira Admin. You can access them either from the project rules list (Global Administration is a hyperlink at the top of the page) or from Jira Settings > System > Automation Rules on the left-hand menu.
Just remember global rules have executions limits per month - 100 for Free, 500 for Standard and 1000 per user per month for Premium. Project rules have unlimited executions.

Hi @Ste Wright ,
Thank you for your reply,
Thanks to you, I solved the automation part a little more.
But, in Action step, i create a new issue and i need to add Atlas CRM fields in this issue but could't do this.
I have to link all trigger issues with parent Atlas CRM sale.

Hi Ahmet,
If you are using Automation for Jira, you are probably not able to use Atlas CRM fields. Atlas CRM does not have an integration with Automation for Jira at this moment.
