Hi Daniela,

By default the limit is 250 issues.  You can find the settings for this under:

JIRA Administration > System > Advanced Settings on the General Configuration page

You're looking for the jira.bulk.create.max.issues.per.import property.  You can increase this to a max of 2147483647.

Even when I'm able to access the Advanced Settings page,  jira.bulk.create.max.issues.per.import property is not there.

The administrator of the site is not able to see it either

Do I need any other setting/permission enabled to have that property available?
