I want to see a cumulative flow diagram just for my current sprint. I have found several articles online describing that to do this I need to create a filter then use "Refine report" - for example:
However, when I select "Cumulative Flow Diagram" from the Reports tab for my project, there is no "Refine report" option, in fact the screen I see is fairly different from the screenshot in the help article linked above. The (only) controls I have are "Date filter", "From date" and "To date", then I have tickboxes where I can show or hide particular states from my state "flow".
Is there a way I can get access to "Refine report" in my version of the CFD? Or is there a way I can switch to the version of the CFD shown & described in the help article above?
it looks like xcharts plugin causes the refine report button to disappear in our environment.. most likely a button id collision or similar?
Hi @Nick Sturge -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
That is odd... The only time I have seen this before it was a scaling issue. Have you tried adjusting your browser zoom to see if it reappears?
Best regards,
Bill

Hi @William Sheboy ,
Thanks for responding to my question. I've tried this at 100% browser zoom in Firefox and Chrome, there is no "Refine report" option in either case...
Regards,
Nick

Thanks, Nick. I meant to try browser zoom to less than 100% to see if appears.
There appear to be defects in the UI for JIRA when you have a computer resolution set higher than 100% (such as for high-DPI monitors) or used accessibility functions. That can interact with browser zoom because not all parts of the UI are scaling...apparently.
For example, I regularly need to zoom down to about 70% in order to change the CFD settings and to find the save settings button, and then scale back up to review the report.
One more thing to try is to disable JIRA Labs, UI experiments and see if that helps. To do so:

Hi @Nick Sturge
As an update, I now see you are using the new version of the CFD that was created for Next-Gen projects, and it does not have the Refine Report option. Here is the documentation for the new report:
