Custom Field Column not Visible in Issue Navigator

Xray app is installed and configured, but Xray-provided custom fields Columns are not displayed in Issue Navigator.

What could be the reason?

Hi, 

I have learned that in the Jira cloud version it's not possible to display the Xray desired fields.

Hi Antonio,

Could you please provide an example of what is missing? Usually, you need to add the new fields/columns you want to display.

Hi Melo, yes some columns can be added, but value is empty. Other columns are not displayed. This issue is not experienced using Server version (not Cloud).
