Hi,
I created a custom field "Theme" and added this to the Epic screen.
So this way I can type the Theme where the Epic is related to.
Now I want to create in Confluence an overview of all the Epic's related to that Theme. Meaning a list of epics that have the same value in the Theme field.
I am working in a Cloud environment
Please help
Hi, Yes I know but a basis JQL like "Theme" = "Performance" where Theme is the custom field and performance is content of the theme field within a epic does not work.

Try creating your filter in JIRA and copy/paste it if it works.
if it is a text field your query should be "Theme" ~ performance
if it is a dropdown it should be "Theme" = performance
If the query works in JIRA and not in Confluence, you need to check if both applications are linked together correctly

Hero!
~ does the job! but makes me also reconsider if I should use dropdown as Theme's won't change that much and it will rule out typo's

Don't want to stretch it too much, but is it possible to also state for current project or something like that? without typing project = "xyz"

I would definitely not use a text field because you will get typo's.
Dropdowns are a good solution. Or use components instead of dropdown
To add a new item in the dropdown you would need a global admin everytime.
Components can be added by the global and the project admin.

you will always have to use project ="xyz"

Ah thanks for the tip. Try to set up an environment for our project organization where creating a project environment has the least configuration :)
Components you mean the default field Components function I guess? I will investigate if this will work for us.
Thanks!
