Custom Field is not searchable

Hey peeps, need your help here.

I have a custom field and I cannot search for it in my project board.

So i've tried:

1. Search Template
2. Context
3. Project Screens

Are you using company managed or Team managed project ? 

The fields added in Jira admin --> Custom fields are not displayed for team managed projects. To add fields for team managed project, see the steps in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/customize-an-issues-fields-in-team-managed-projects/

To add custom fields for team-managed projects in Jira, navigate to Project Settings > Issue Types > Custom fields. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to manage fields within your project configuration.
