Custom admin permissions

Hi,

Is it possible to create custom admin permissions?

Example: If an administrator can do everything but what is I want to assign the user creation role to someone and that user can do everything related to user creation, edit, delete.

Please let me know if it is possible?

I am not sure this is about team managed or company managed projects. Did you check the Permission Schemes and associate permission schemes in a company managed project?

Actually, I am already managing project level permissions and no issues there but I am searching/exploring if I can create a global user who can access all the projects can create users on need basis and no other permission like create project.
