Custom fields in list view don't appear for coworkers when shared in jira work management

Hi all,
I have created a board in Jira work management and added the custom fields I wanted to see in the list view but the columns don't appear for coworkers when shared.

This is a company managed project and all fields available globally, can you please help me in this.

I have attached a screenshot what I see and what my colleague sees.

there are actually no screenshots attached. I've not done much with JWM but according to the Documentation, the views including columns and grouping are individual for all users: Customize your list by adding or removing fields | Jira Work Management Cloud | Atlassian Support

So the behaviour you see is the expected one.
