Customize Email notifications of a created workflow

Hello @John M Funk  ; all :)

I have added a new transition to one of our workflow.

I configured a new notifications and assigned it to the transition of that new workflow box.

I would like to custom the content of the email notification sent to the mail address i configured when the workflow condition is met.

Could not find any helping procedure.

Any help and way to do will be very much appreciated :)

Hi Jordan,

Unfortunately it's not possible to customise the content of the email using the Jira out of the box functionalities.

However you can find multiple plugins in Atlassian marketplace which can do exactly what you are looking for.

2 of them that I have used in the past and worked fine for similar use cases are Email This Issue and Notification Assistant for Jira.
