Customize username that send automated comments/responses

When an automated comment goes out on status change or automation, it uses a "real" username. How can this be changed to a generic "user" so staff is not confused as to if the real person did this action or it was an automated bot

Which addon do you use to generate the automated comment?

In the "Automation for jira" addon, you can change the actor of the automation rule. The Actor is the one, who writes the comment.
