DVCS connector unable to load all GitHub repositories

I have a DVCS connector set up on our JIRA Software Server 6.12 instance connecting to GitHub. The GitHub organization has over 7900 repositories, and they are not all loading into Jira.  Our GitHub admins will not split the repositories out into any other format.  Is there a way to get the repos loaded into Jira?

I'm also experience the same problem and same scenario at more organization.

We had to upgrade our instance before this worked.  We are on 8.8.13 now with no issues and of course you have to go to Data Center or Cloud shortly, so it will resolve for you then.
