Is it possible to select the exact country where you would like the data to reside?

like not just " europe" but more specifically the countury?

Even if its a feature I have to pay for, but does the possibility exist?

Hi @Elsa Navarro

I only stumbled across your question. My company (bitvoodoo) has developed an app that lets you store sensitive Jira data in the data residency of your choice. We offer Swiss data residency to start with, other locations will follow.

Please have a look if this is helpful for you: Confidential Fields with Data Residency for Jira

Best, Cora

Yes, you can, but you are obviously limited to which countries actually have a data centre in them.  As an example, "Europe" only has two locations - Dublin and Frankfurt.  You're on a hiding to nowhere if you are trying to make your data resident in the UK, Croatia, Switzerland etc.
