Date Format Using JQL error when language is set to português(Brasil)

When the user has their profile set to português(Brasil), the date is showing an error due to the Jan needing to be jan and Fev needing to be fev. 

Is there anyway to resolve this?

Thank you for your feedback regarding this bug. 

In fact, we have already detected it in a previous version of JIRA and reported it to our development team:

Date picker does not work correctly if the system language is Portuguese
