Date problem

Dear Support, 

my team imported some migrated issues and the created dates are falsely displayed; Instead of Jul we see Jan. I tried changing the Look and Feel settings (date formats), yet the problem was not fixed. Also, I tried changing the date formats in the advanced JIRA settings and again the dates are wrong.

Any help would be highly appreciated,

What was the format of the dates you imported?

I can also see a warning during importations "Unable to parse created date: 10/25/2020"

Does that line up with the date format you told the system to use when you imported them?

Well that would seem to indicate an issue. You should use mm/dd/yyyy if you are putting in dates in that form.
