Date validation for a certain date range during issue creation

I have a  Date field where the date selected should be in a particular range for eg., issue  created should be between 2nd of every month to 23rd of every month, while creating an issue, how can i add this validator.

I only use the server version and I have a plugin (app) that adds many validators to use with workflow transitions.

The following seem to do the same but for the cloud version, you should check them just in case:

Achieved that through Scriptrunner, so extra plug-in was not used.
