As mentioned in the previous message, we have observed 5% drop in our JSM incoming email processing reliability and the alerts are coming from your cloud site.
Please could you open this support ticket in the ServiceDesk Portal and click on Approve Data Access button to allow us to access your cloud site?
We will share the additional details with you once we debug the issue in your cloud site.

if you have a ticket raised you should have a link to it in your email.
Open that link and I believe in the top right corner (where you can share the ticket too) you should see a link to allow access to the instance

I’m assuming that’s an email you received from Atlassian. Go into your inbox and locate the support ticket in question
After that click on View Request
OR you could also simply log into the Atlassian Support Portal > locate the request in question > and click the action “Approve Data Access” (which is a button on the right of the ticket screen)
