Default Field Configuration: what are the fields?

I need to create a new field configuration which only contains the standard system fields. Our default field configuration has been contaminated and now has over 600 fields. I don't have access to a REST API which was mentioned in this thread https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Jira-System-Fields/qaq-p/2597670 , so I'm hoping someone can simply list them for me.
