Define assignee and reporter on clone issue

Is it possible that on every clone task creation the reporter and assignee will be the owner of the clone ?

Yes you can by using Automation lite for JIRA.

i still dont see how can i define  - reporter to be the owner of the task when someone creation the issue 

now when someone is opening clone issue the reporter is the same reporter of the first issue

To give you a detailed answer will all the steps, I need to know how do you identify the cloned issue : 

1. Do you keep 'clone' in the summary?
2. Do you have an issue link 'clones' (for example) between the original issue and the cloned issue

Because Jira does not fire an event when an issue is cloned. 

Once we know how you identify cloned issues, we can use the plugin I mentioned (Jira Automation either lite or PRO) to listen on the create issue event and to get the information from the original issue and to put/copy it to the cloned issue.
