Hi -
If I have two JIRA projects that use the same workflow and post functions for subtasks, is there a way to remove one of the projects so the subtasks no longer appear when creating an issue/transitioning an issue or do I need to create new workflows to be able to achieve this?
Thanks!
Hi Lina,
Copy the workflow, associate it with the appropriate project/issue type, and then remove the post functions. Cheers!
@Joshua Sneed Contegix thank you, i will try that! do you know if you delete a post function for subtasks, will subtasks on older tickets still display or be deleted?

Welcome Lina,
Deleting a post-function only removes the action performed by the post-function and does not remove the results of that action from prior tickets. Cheers!

@Joshua Sneed Contegix that actually then may make it easier for me and I won't need to create new workflows. Thank you!
