Development doesn't show on KANBAN issue

My issue layout has been set up to show Development, but when you go to the issue on the project it doesn't show on the screen.

Please help!

Can you confirm whether you are using field named as "Development"? Can you please confirm you are missing field in issue view ?

My issue set up is this, but when you go to the individual issue it doesn't show the Deevelopment.

It shows all the above fields, apart from that one.
