Apologies for my ignorance, but I'm brand new to Jira and going through the intro training. Somewhere along the way I seem to have changed views that means my tutorial doesn't line up with most of the dropdowns and menus in my project or on my board. I would think this would be an easy fix but can't seem to figure out how to revert my view to the original. May have had something to do with 'backlog' view? Would appreciate a pointer in the right direction. See attached.
Hi Scott - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
It looks like you might have selected one or more Quick Filters. Clear all of those out and see if you get what you expect to see.
Thank you for the quick reply John, yes I do have quick filters showing above the board, but none are selected. Do you mean to remove the Quick Filters view?

Hmm. well I guess, I can't "star" things, the issue popup is permanently docked to the right, I seem to be missing some options in the main top navigation bar. Are these just all things that could be personalized project to project and that's why I don't see them?

Well, I don't just Server so I don't know the answer right off hand. But I would try different projects to see if you get different views. Also, what happens if you click the two >> icon at the bottom left?
