Different issue type filed is not visible

While I am creating I am choosing different issue type only two issue type Story Point is visible how to make Story Point visible when we select different issue type please help to check the below give GIF for more info can anyone help me step by step procedure

Hi @abbas baman,

Are you a Jira admin? If so, can you please check the contexts associated with the "Story points" field?

If "Internal defect" doest not appear on the context, you can follow these steps: Edit a custom field context.

Hi @Manon Soubies-Camy  Thanks for the quick resolution but now it is not visible on sub-tasks do I need to do reindexing to fix this or for sub-task story point visibility do I need to change anything. Please help to let me know
