Disable Kanban Backlog

How does one disable the Kanban Backlog.

I enabled it to see what it looks like and have decided that I don't need it as a separate item. How to I undo this action

Go to the Board Configuration, then Columns, and remove the statuses that are in the Kanban Backlog section and move them back to a normal column.

Your reply was very helpful, once I realized that you can click and drag the status that are shown within the columns.   Sometimes common knowledge isn't so common.
