Display an issue in kanban board from other team´s Jira project

Is it possible to set a quickfilter on my team´s kanban board, that fetch an issue from other team´s Jira project?

My team´s board only filters issues from the team´s "home" Jira project at the moment, so I am curios if it´s possible to fetch and display issues via eg. quickfilter on our board from other team´s Jira project? 

Or, is it a must that you must change the boards filter query to include other teams Jira project ID, to be able to display it on the board?

Nope. The filter that the Board is configured with contains all issues that can be displayed on the Board. Quick filters only reduce from the Boards filter.

Since quick filters restrict more the query maybe your board should bring all the projects/teams you care and use the quick filters to hide them from the view. In the end should be as if you are bringing them but actually will be the other way around
