We have a Custom field that previously showed the assignee's full name. it now only shows their icon with their initials. How can I change it back? It is set up as a User Picker (multiple users).
Hi Audra - Is there only user in the field when it shows the whole name? Maybe when there are multiple users it just shows the avatar.

It's most likely because it is a multi-user select. You would need to open a support ticket with Atlassian to verify, and then request that it show the name if there is only a single user in the field. Though I don't think they would be too keen on making the change.

What kind of custom field was it? Do you have a script under it, or was it a field of one of the plugins?

Hi it is user picker multiple users but, there is only 1 user assigned. no scripts.

May be the issue from the List View. Can you check it via Detail View?

I'm not sure they wanted to view the list that way from a search screen.
