Display (static URL)

I would like to display a clickable URL on one of my Screens.

For example:

On my EDIT Issue Screen:

1. I want to be able to display a clickable url like http://some.site.com/abc

2. Also I want to use the referred URL from that issue when I click and when it goes to that some.site.com 

Is this doable? If so, how?

@AMOL, not sure if the link you are trying to add is related to a field or not but  field descriptions support html so that would probably be the way to go.

Peter, I searched a bit and found a solution based on your guidance and had to embed HTML tags.

Question: How do I enable rendering ? I dont see that as an option in my field configuration.
