Do I need BigTemplate if I have BigPicture?

BigTemplate and BigPicture both seem to fulfill different purposes, please can you elaborate the question or what you're expecting from these apps?

Thanks! I found the answer in the meantime directly with Appfire Team. BigTemplate is required If I need to export data to pdf, word or excel. In Big Picture there is no similiar function.
