Do we have an option to export configurations from one site to another

Hi team,

Can you please let us know how can we export configurations from one jira site to another.

I want to do configuration migration from One Cloud site to another.
For eg I have a site 'xyz.atlassian.net' where I have project 'A' with custom attribute 'P'
Now I want to migrate the same configuration to new site 'pqr.atlassian.net' on a different project 'B'.
