Hello @Jira admin team,

Do you have a free to use Optimiser Tool for Jira Cloud ? 

There are some paid apps but we looking for something that atlassian themselves would release as a built in feature to make things simpler.

We use Team Managed Project. Need something for this.

The only tools Atlassian provides are those that you see in the instance or at the organization level.  Not really anything like the apps that you are referring to.
