We have folks who updates on Jira issues but do not have Jira access but are in Teams. Does this integration allow for the folks with out jira access to see Jira issues in Teams? Or does this only work for folks who have Jira access?
Correct. The exception is if you are using Jira Service Management, in that case any user can submit service requests from Teams, because in JSM it is only the agents that needs a license.
