Bar graph of components and the time
What are the normal (common) open member issues?
What is the normal number of of open member issues by component?
Hi,
Are you looking for issues created per component over time?
Attached is a simple configuration to achieve this using our app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212942/aio-reports-and-timesheets-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
The app supports drill downs for the report and also offers more advanced reporting capabilities. Please consider trying this and feel free to reach out at support@aioreports.com in case of any questions.

Hello Craig,
You can do a lot of this with VisualScript for Jira. It is an Atlassian Marketplace app that can visualize data in a Jira Dashboard gadget.
We can create reports that measure x,y (component, time) similar to a bar chart. We can also easily measure what common issues is once we identify what the criteria is for common. Number of issues by component is doable as well. It should all be able to be presented in a single grid report.
FYI I am a Product Manager for VisualScript.
Hope this helps.
Evan

Thank you Evan. This does help. How would my team go about getting this implemented through Atlassian? Sales? Is it a singular add on or would it be part of a larger package of products?

Hello Craig,
The app is available in the Atlassian marketplace, and is a single app. Let us know how we can help. Also, happy to help write the script for you, and then we can share some of it in here for others that might have a similar use case.
How does that sound?

Hi Evan,
That sounds great. I just discussed with my team. Who would I discuss pricing with? Also, how soon would we be able to have this implemented?

Hello Craig,
Happy to help. The pricing can be found on the Atlassian marketplace. In order to keep community more of a Q & A place for members interested in and using Atlassian to help get their problems solved and/or to learn more about the tools, perhaps you can send us an email? My email is egolden@visualscript.com.
Thank you
Evan
