Does the Project admin profile accumulate all other project roles?

If I assign a Project admin profile to one person. Will it automatically accumulate all other permissions from other types of profiles in the project?

Se eu atribuir um perfil do tipo Project admin, para uma pessoa. Ela automaticamente irá acumular todas as demais permissões dos outros tipos de perfis existentes no projeto?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

No, users assigned the Administrator role in a project do not automatically accumulate permissions from the other roles in the project. Users must be assigned to each role to obtain the corresponding permissions.
