My Corp Comm team is evaluating if Jira Kanban could help them with their processes / workflows. Processes can become quiet complex, breaking down into 100's of tasks. Has your Communications team used Jira Kanban and if so, to what level of granularity is represented in their project? We'd like to avoid recreating the wheel and with your sharing your experience with the topic, we're hoping to avoid doing just that. Thank you in advance!
Hi @Chris Tetzlaff - This may be a scenario for a Work Management project. There's a template for Campaign Management that could work as a baseline and then customize from there.
As for "100's of tasks", Jira has no issue with that many issues. Is the expectation that they'd be setting up a set of template tasks that would get cloned over and over again? If so, you may want to also leverage a marketplace app like Bulk Clone or Deep Clone.
