×Hi - does anyone know why I can't see date create or date imported on my import screen? The admin of our Jira instance also checked and he couldn't see it either.

Thanks for reaching out, and it looks like you may be using the Non admin Bulk Create CSV import option located in the Issues >> CSV import drop down. The non-admin CSV Importer is locked down in its functionality to act a bulk creation option for new issues. Some fields including "Date Created" cannot be mapped from this location, mainly when fields that also interact with global objects or alter the behavior of creation time.
There is an Admin CSV import tool under the Admin dropdown >> system >> external system import you will want to use instead of the Non-admin csv import.

Thanks so much Earl. I sent that to our company's admin as I don't believe he knew that existed either! We'll give it a try and I'll def let you know if it works!!
