We have issues as part of a sprint which is moved to "Done" status in green and the resolution shows "Completed" in that sprint. The issue is also moved to the last column in the board where "done" status is mapped to. Still the issue is a part of every sprint created after that, till date. This doesn't happen to every issue in the sprint but to a handful. Trying to figure out any possible link between the issues but couldn't.

Need help on any other possible reason due to which this might happen.

Hey @Bharathi

Do you have recycle bin enabled in your instance?

One likely reason for this is - one or more associated sub-tasks might be lying in the recycle bin and hence the issue doesn't stick to the sprint and moves to backlog or next sprint.

Hello @Bharathi

Has the resolution been set on those issues in the done column?
