I have team managed business board and when issues are with done status after a some period of time they disappear from board. Is there any way to change that option?
Best regards to all of you.
@Giorgi Tsiklauri welcome to the community!
It is not possible to edit this behaviour in business projects. It will always disappear after 14 days in done status (last column of your board) , here is the open suggestion for it:
Welcome to the community.
In your board configuration, under general, the default setting is that after 2 weeks Done issues will disappear from the board.
At the bottom of the general section you can adjust this time frame, juts be aware changing it to the option never mind (will not remove Done issues from the board, might clutter your view the more Done issues you have)

Can you help me where to find this board configuration, because I don't see it when I navigate to my board.

I the top rights side you should see 3 dots. here you can find the configuration option.
If not, then you are not set as aboard administrator, reach out to you Jira admin to set you as board admin or the admin can make your change.
This only applies to a company managed project, team manage projects don't have this ability

Can I change team manage projects to company managed projects somehow?

Yes, but only be creating a new company managed project and move your issues to this project.
To act on this you can follow instructions from Atlassian's documentation
