Drag & Drop / Move - Issue with Outlook emails

Normally I can drag and drop an email out of outlook into Jira without any problems.

But sometimes when the focus is on an input-field and you drag the email to fast the header of th email will move into that input-field and the email itself get deleted in outlook.

Is there an option to avoid this behaviour?

(I am using Jira 8.5.3 and Google Chrome 79.0.3945.117)

We are also experiencing this issue in our environment. It does seem to be when the click and drag operation is done quickly.

Edit2: Sometimes, even when clicking and dragging and Outlook item attached properly as an attachment, the Outlook item still disappears from the mailbox.

Edit: when the click and drag is done quickly, the orange dashed border around the create screen doesn't appear yet with the context of the operation being performed. Seems like it hasn't recognized the operation being performed. I've also gotten the border to disappear and replicate the issue by dragging an item in and out of the create pop-up window several times.
