I'm a new user to Confluence, and pretty new to Atlassian's other products. This might be some standard issue that is a quick fix. Looking through the community, I found some other users that are having this problem, but the reports were several versions ago. If anyone can at least give me some good troubleshooting tips, and what to do next, that would be awesome.
draw.io 8.3.0 isn't supported on Confluence 5.9.14, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210933/draw-io-diagrams-for-confluence/version-history. You should always install via the marketplace to ensure you get a compatible version.
Also, Confluence 5.9.x is an end of life version of Confluence and Ubuntu 14.04 is pretty old, as well, I'd use 18.04.
@David Benson _draw_io_Thank you very much for the quick response. I'll see about getting Confluence updated. I would have isntalled through the marketplace, but our IT guys have buried the Atlassian servers in the network and are letting them talk to the outside world.
